Refund and Returns Policy

At Ahmera Scents, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every perfume is delivered with care, sealed, and in perfect condition.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of fragrances, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the perfume must be:

  • Unused and unopened (seal intact)
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

2. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will happily exchange it for the right item at no additional cost.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered and replacement is not available
  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

Promotional items or products purchased on discount/sale are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo / video evidence of the issue
